Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. Contact our customer service team at info@f1rwheels.com or 773-869-9128 to initiate a
return.
2. You will be provided with a Return label.
3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt and the RMA number.
4. Send the item to our return address 3627 Laflin St, Chicago, IL 60609.

Refunds:

• There is a 15% restocking fee
• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the exchange item.
